For New Zealand Customers: All goods will be sent within 48 hrs of receipt of payment. All goods are sent via " Non Signature" -   NZ Post  Couriers, if you have a preferred place at your address for your item to be left, please leave comment in the notes section at check out.

You will be notified once your order has shipped and supplied with a tracking number. Once your order has left Charmed Collection it is in the hands of the couriers and becomes their responsibility . If you have any issues with delivery please contact the courier and provide them with tracking details and your enquiry.

Our Memorial Candles are sent in a white gift box with a card that can be used to personalise your message if this is a gift. But please note we Do Not Ship these Internationally.
